(FBOP) - The FBOP's recruitment video, "Opportunity is knocking" was voted "best recruitment video of the year" by Corrections1, an online community and resource for corrections worldwide.
Noting that a nationwide corrections recruitment crisis is occurring, five videos were identified that they believed best captured the attention of potential candidates. After a period of online voting, the FBOP's video was chosen by Corrections1 readers as the best corrections recruitment video of the year.
The video was a collaborative effort between the FBOP's National Recruitment Office, the employees at FMC Carswell, and with contract support from Accenture. The recognition of being the best recruitment video of the year can be attributed to the hard work of these dedicated individuals in recruiting and hiring new employees at the FBOP.
